Ana Maria Polo personal life

Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana, Cuba. Her family moved to Miami after she reached 2 years old. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born and raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami in the year two. Born in Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo hosts of renowned Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado", the first Spanish language program nominated for a Daytime Entertainment Emmy(r) Award, and it was named the number one Spanish-language program at 4pm across key demos. Polo was born on April 11, 1959 Havana, Cuba and went into Florida International University, where she received a diploma in politics and science. Later, she earned her PhD qualification in law from the University of Miami. From there she earned the PhD in law at The University of Miami and practiced law for over 20 years in Miami. Polo's legal knowledge was used in court shows as well as Telemundo Sala de Parejas 2001, as well as on the program Sala de Parejas. Literature Works and Awards Her 1958 novel Los Hijos Muertos won her both the Critic Prize and Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute left Spain for the United States in 1960. Polo, who is also a breast cancer patient and cancer survivor, frequently speaks out about the cause she is fighting. Polo has been a vocal advocate in support of LGBT concerns. She earned her degree in 1987 from the University of Miami School of Law in 1987. She is an attorney in the Florida Bar.
